David Guetta to Perform at the MTV EMA 2020 in the Most Historic Setting Yet!

The French electronic DJ will play at one of Budapest's most iconic locations.

Prepare to party! David Guetta has just been announced as a 2020 MTV EMA performer. The French superstar will get our virtual fists pumping in Budapest, Hungary, on Sunday, Nov. 8.

And that's not all. Hungarian supermodel Barbara Palvin will also be on the ground in Budapest as a special correspondent, giving fans an exclusive tour of Hungary's must-see landmarks and sights. This is the first time the country has been spotlighted in the history of the show.

David Guetta's performances are always a feast for the eyes, and this one is sure to set the bar even higher. The stage? It's built in the pool of the Széchenyi Bath, one of the largest spa baths in Europe. Along with his performance, he'll also join Palvin to explore Budapest's exquisite scenery and architecture.

Guetta is just as stoked as we are, saying, "We have an amazing show in the works that can be enjoyed from homes across the world. It's an honour for me to perform this year in a time when celebrating music together is more important than ever."

With two EMA trophies already won, Guetta is vying to double his collection. This year, he's nominated for Best Electronic and Best Video For Good for "Let's Love" with Sia.

Guetta joins the already sizzling list of acts performing at the EMA. Sam Smith, Maluma, Doja Cat, Zara Larsson, YUNGBLUD, Alicia Keys, DaBaby, Karol G, Tate McRae and Jack Harlow are slated to fire up the show from all around the world (including Budapest and London), making this year's EMA a true global affair.
