The 2015 MTV EMA Voters Had Bieber Fever!
Justin dominated with FIVE gongs while host Ed Sheeran got two.
October 25, 2015
Although many artists took the stage and the spotlight at the 2015 MTV EMA in Milan, there's no question who ruled the night: a young fellow by the name of Justin Bieber.
With many gongs already under his belt from previous years, the Biebs came away with five trophies including Best Male (continuing a now 6-year streak!), Best Look, Worldwide Act: North America, Best Collaboration (Skrillex and Diplo for 'Where Are You Now?'), and the hard-fought Biggest Fans EMA that Beliebers voted up until the show was under way to earn him.
Ed Sheeran completed the host-performer-winner trifecta with not one but two EMAs: Best Live and Best World Stage. Shawn Mendes picked up Best PUSH and Best New. And Macklemore & Ryan Lewis opened the show with 'Downtown' before taking away a Best Video gong for the same song.
Along with Justin's, MTV awarded five other Worldwide Act EMAs, including Italy's own Marco Mengoni for Europe, China's Jane Zhang for Asia, Africa's Diamond Platnumz for Africa/India, Brazil's Anitta for Latin America, and Aussies 5 Seconds of Summer for Australia/New Zealand.
Head on over to the Winners page for the full list of EMA earners. Congrats to the artists—and the dedicated fans who voted for them!
